Sunday

It was a rainy cold, weekend. Sadly no sign of the little squirrel. Hopefully, after feasting on carrots and apple, he found his way back home. I miss him and keep thinking that I imagined the whole thing. Did I really spend a full day playing with a baby squirrel? I'm glad I have the pictures to prove it.

more!

This was supposed to be for mother's day but I think I may keep it. The image from a beautiful paper cutting website, Scherenschnitte. You should definitely check it out. Tuesday is free template day. This was one of the freebies. I love it although next time I won't use duck cloth.

Finally!

A sunny day, a back yard and more bags!
This one is a tomato linen with leather patches. The lining is an oatmeal duck cloth.
I found these metal rods for the handles while rifling through someone's storeroom ( thanks Shannon!) and I knew I'd use them for something.

Kind of a carpet bagger! It's upholstery fabric but I's too fabulous for just sitting on it. Although, I would love a couch made out of it. ( Thanks Cappy!)

I think you may be seeing al lot of these. I really love the cut out handle.

random things

Here's some labels, so the bags are coming soon.....
I gaffed a music video yesterday directed by the lovely Tom Moore and shot by Rob Featherstone. We were in a new studio in Williamsburg Brooklyn. This is what I shot when we were waiting on hair and make up.

And a lovely PA who patiently stood in for us while we set up.
